Management Team

There are four members of the management team each playing an active role in the business and the oversight of the homes.

Nicola Elliott

Managing Director

Nicola has over 17 years experience of the Care industry and is the Responsible Individual for all three homes.

Nicola's career has focused on financing and providing counsultancy for all types of Care Homes. From August 2009, Nicola has focused all of her energy on managing the Oakview Care group.

Andrew Kilbey

Director

Andrew was appointed CEO of a city consultancy at the age of 30 and successfully steered the company through four years of double-digit growth and an £18 million management buy out in 2007.

Andrew provides support and advice to the Directors and the broader management team.

Bob Kilbey

Director & Company Secretary

Bob has over 25 years experience as the Managing Director of a small building firm, retiring from this role in 2004.

As well as the Company Secretariat duties, Bob manages our Finance & Accounts function and takes an active interest in the investments made by the business in buildings, fixtures and fittings.

Pauline Kilbey

Director

Pauline is the proud mother of three children (not including Bob!!) and three grandchildren.

Pauline takes an active interest is resident’s welfare and activities; overseeing the investments made by the business in these areas.
