The Old Vicarage - The Bedrooms

The Old Vicarage provides 8 large single bedrooms within the main house and a further 4 single bedrooms within three annexed cottages. All but one of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom or a private bathroom (with plans in place to install an en-suite in the final room).

There are three self-contained cottages; one with a single bedroom, one with two bedrooms; and a self contained studio flat for one occupant. Examples of the bedrooms have been provided below:

All bedrooms are tailored to the specific needs and desires of the service users making their home at The Old Vicarage.

During 1:1 keysessions with their keyworkers service users are prompted to express their feelings and desires and this includes their thoughts on how they would like their rooms to be decorated and furnished

The team at The Old Vicarage have a philosophy of encouraging the service users to express their individuality and are proactive in engaging the enthusiasm of individuals to participate in planning how they would like their environment to be.
 
The Old Vicarage employs a full time handy man / gardener and is well placed to meet appropriate requests from service users and to make necessary running repairs.
