The team includes an in-house NVQ Assessor, NAPPI trainer (Non Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) trainers in Manual Handling and in Autism Awareness.

We offer a structured training programme which including:

My name is Isobel Roberts and I am the Registered Manager at Bryn y Wawr. I have 30 years experience of working in the care sector, the last 10 with adults with learning disabilities..

I hold an NVQ4 Registered Managers Award and am currently undertaking training to become an NVQ Assessor. I have worked at Bryn y Wawr since 2005.

We have a very close-knit team with fourteen seniors and support staff. Significant focus is applied to staff training as is evidence by the use of one room as a dedicated training facility. In 2010 we were awarded with the prestigeous Investors in People accreditation.

All team members receive a detailed induction training programme
