All team members receive a detailed induction programme and similarly, everyone undertakes an NVQ qualification. Our training programme includes:

• POVA, Whistle Blowing and Handling Complaints

Clynsaer House provides day and waking night staff support.

My name is Martin Pask and I am the Registered Manager at Clynsaer. I have over 17 year’s experience caring for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and mental health needs. I have been at Clynsaer for all of these 15 years and am qualified to NVQ level 4.

At Clynsaer we strongly believe in investing in our loyal, hardworking, staff group. This is evidenced by our Investors in People status of which the team is deservedly proud.

We have a team of nineteen seniors and support staff which includes an in-house NVQ Assessor, a NAPPI trainer (Non Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) and trainers in Manual Handling and in Autism Awareness. We employ a full time handyman to ensure the property is always well maintained.
