My name is Gary Devlin and I am the Registered Manager at The Old Vicarage.
I began working in the learning disabilities sector in 1997. I was first registered as a home manager in 1999 and became Operations Manager for Lynbrook Homes (Newbury) in 2002.
In 2004 I returned to home management at The Old Vicarage with Support Partners. I was seconded part time to manage a business transition in 2008, retaining the registration at The Old Vicarage whilst assisting the estabishment of a home dedicated to care for older people and self direct budgets. On completion I took up my full time role at The Old Vicarage. I hold an NVQ4 Registered Managers Award and an NVQ assessors award.
