During my time I have progressed through the ranks from my initial role as a Support Worker through to a Senior, Care & Support Team Manager, Assistant Manager and now I am the Manager of the home, having been appointed in 2023.
I have level 2 & 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care and QCF Level 5 in Residential Care Management.
I LOVE MY JOB!!!!
Graham McCavish
Assistant Manager
My name is Graham McCavish and I am the Assistant Manager at Clynsaer House.
I started my journey at Clynsaer in February 2011 having never previously worked in care before.
Working with, and being involved in, the LD population immediately changed my whole perspective, and I remain committed to the promotion, inclusion and acceptance of people with learning disabilities.
I have loved (almost) every minute of working at Clynsaer and the memories and experiences I have collected along the way will remain with me forever.
I currently hold a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and I am working towards my Level 5.
I am very excited to be playing a key role in the future of the residents and of the house I care about so much.
Tiffany Manning-James
Care & Support Team Manager
My name is Tiffany Manning-James and I am the Care and Support Team Manager at Clynsaer
I have worked at Clynsaer since 2013, I had no previous work in care after doing 9 years in the Royal Air Force.
I have progressed up the ranks from support worker to senior support worker then to Care and Support team manager and I have QCF Level 3 in Health and social care.
Clynsaer is a lovely home and my main goal is to support the team and to give the residents the best day possible every day. They are what make Clynsaer the place it is and make going to work a joy.
I have been newly appointed this role and I look forward to being a part of the management team.
